As much as possible, we help you chose the perfect Product size by following the UK size standard, which is universally used. However, if you are not happy with the size of your Product, we are happy to exchange them.

Here’s our policy:

• We do not allow refunds on orders placed. Your Product can be exchanged for another size, style or a refund if your required size or style is not available.
• You will need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your Product – contact details are on our “Contact Us” page.
• No exchange or returns will be allowed on Product bought on SALE.
• Eka’s reserves the right to inspect the condition of the Product before agreeing to any returns or exchanges.
• Product showing signs of wear or that have been damaged by you, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We endeavor to ensure that all product shipped to you are free of any defects or damage.
• Products are handcrafted; as such there might be slight variations in the embellishment on them. These variations are not deemed defective.
• Cost of returns to Eka’s, is at the expense of the customer. You will be required to provide us with a tracking number with the courier of your choice, so that we can track postage and confirm receipt.
